Ozan Kefeli was born in 1973 ; graduated from Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty in 1999.

After he was graduated from Dentistry Faculty, he completed Post Graduation education in Okan University, Institute of Medical Science Medical Management Program in 2012.

Kefeli who cares about continuous education and development is still continuing his post graduate education in İstanbul University, Institute of Medical Science Medical Management Program.

Throughout his career, Kefeli served as a general practitioner, Dentist and Manager in leading Oral and Dental Health Care Hospitals of Turkey and he has been accepting his patients in French Lape Dental Clinic and Galata Medical Center Dental Clinic since 2018.
